Loved living at Seapointe and wouldn’t have left if we hadn’t bought a house. Really friendly staff that was always on top of it, simple amenities but everything you need (pool, hot tub, gym, sauna). Garages, washer/dryer in unit, dog friendly and all the neighbors were very friendly and nice. No weirdness with moving out or dealing with fixing things. 10/10 recommend!!
