- BGBG G4 days ago3.0Personally friendly people , and staff members are always helpful .However, neighbors …I recommend you live upstairs . Upstairs neighbors are loud and chaotic. The complex does need a little revamp in fixing the cement so your apt doesn’t flood . Amenities are great pool are is awesome though.

Yesterday I went into the front office to add another person to my lease and Ixzel did an outstanding job at walking me through it and getting me all the paperwork. Also she made the process very easy and fast. She also answered all of my questions making the process easier. Thank you so much Ixzel!
- KKKelliNov 5, 20251.0PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. They made me pay $250 nonrefundable before sharing the lease or telling me any specifics about my apartment. $200 is refundable within 24 hours of applying.. but they took over 3 days to send the lease, making refund impossible. Money grabbers 100%. The lease was 80 pages and there are two absolute dealbreakers that NO ONE should agree to: 1. You cannot have a pet sitter over, or any guest while you are not there. You also can't leave your pet alone for 24 hours, or they have permission to enter your apartment and take your pet away to SPCA. How is this supposed to work?? 2. They have the ability to charge you above and beyond your security deposit upon move out, for damages not caused by you, solely if they want to renovate the unit. I NOPED out of this place before signing the lease.
- BRB RNov 5, 20251.0I am honestly getting sick of leaving reviews and contacting maintenance. They do not care. They will let dog feces sit outside your home for weeks. The residents here don’t pick up after their pets. I don’t even walk the community anymore because all you see is piles and piles of dog feces I moved here @ the end of August and nothing has been done about these filthy pet owners. I am warning you now if you think your gonna leave dog shit in front of my home you are on camera so think again :)
