  David was simply amazing! I would recommend him to anyone purchasing or refinancing in California or Florida. He provided numerous options and his professional opinion. Open lines of communication throughout the entire process. There was never moment he was unavailable or “too busy”. We had to close on our home at a rapid pace and he made that happen seamlessly and smoothly. He set expectations from the very beginning. He also contacted us after we closed the moment rates dropped. I feel like we received white glove service.
