  David did an amazing job with my personal home refi. Excellent communication, openness, understanding, and above all else transparency/trust. He was very patient since rates were changing fast. Obviously locking in the lowest rate and closing costs would be an objective way to measure a mortgage loan officer. David was able to get me an excellent rate as well as keep closing costs low, keeping me aware of my options and fine tuning the loan as things changed. He was also able to forecast things like increasing property taxes and weigh that against my options so that I was able to make an educated decision on when to lock. David has saved me money and I’m happy to add him to my network of real estate professionals!
