  Maintenance and the staff take a significant amount of time to get anything done. The community gym is nice. A bit small but nice nonetheless. Neighbors are loud and noisy. It’s difficult to sleep at night with how much the upstairs neighbors cause disturbances. The rent is far too high for the amount of issues. I have lived here for about a year and a half. The weekend I moved in start of Feb 2025, the ceiling sprinkler leaked and caused damage to my furniture. The complex did not offer to fix anything that was damaged which was fine but some compassion would have been nice. The toilet broke a couple months later. My laundry machine (washer) has been broken for two weeks and maintenance and the office staff are appearing apathetic about it . If you tell them no permission to enter they still come in anyways. Interpersonal communication among their own staff is terrible and communication with residents is also very impaired. The Amenities are not luxury at all. My AC unit has been leaking once it goes under 75 degrees. I have been told by admin staff I can’t move it to 68 degrees or even 70 because that’s too cold and the pipes freeze. It’s just problem after problem. Save yourself the hassle find a better spot.

  “Very disappointing place to live. Maintenance takes days and nothing gets fixed unless you keep calling or go to the office yourself. Management is very unresponsive. Parking is a nightmare in the evening there is absolutely no parking at all. You’re lucky if you find even one spot. Think twice before moving here.”

  I just wated to share how impressed I’ve been with Alontro. Hes the new maintenance supervisor. He is extremely hardworking, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Whenever I’ve seen him around the property, he’s always approachable and willing to help. It’s clear that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly.

  I just moved in this week and it started off as a horrible experience with how many things went wrong (Sorry if I misspell the name) but the maintenance supervisor Alontro is awesome! He really took care of me when he came out and made moving here feel like a good experience with his knowledge and expertise of correct maintenance practices and making sure this felt like more of a home for me which is why instead of giving 1-2 stars I am giving this complex a 5 star. He really turned it around. Keep this guy around please 🙏🏼
