  GREAT EXPERIENCE TOURING PALISADES!!! Jazmin the property manager was so helpful and was a great guide to help us find the right home! She was very patient and answered all of our questions. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!

  We’ve lived here for less than a year, and while there are definitely some positives, there are also some ongoing issues that need to be addressed. First, I want to acknowledge the maintenance team. They have been consistently friendly, responsive, and efficient. Every time we’ve submitted a request, they’ve shown up in a timely manner and made sure the job was completed. That level of service is truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the leasing office. From the very day we signed our lease, there has been a pattern of miscommunication. Getting a response to questions or concerns often takes several days, the phones are rarely answered and follow-through is inconsistent. This has been frustrating, especially when clear and timely communication is so important for residents. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, which makes the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from the leasing office even more disappointing. You would expect the front office experience to match the quality of the community, but that has not been our experience. Because of these ongoing communication issues, we are seriously reconsidering renewing our lease. While we appreciate the maintenance team and the overall appearance of the property, the leasing office experience has not met expectations.

  My name is Takimya G. and I am a resident here at Palisades. There are two maintenance employees by the name of Miguel and Patrick that always go above and beyond and gets the job done with pleasure. They’re both always very thorough. Whenever I submit a maintenance request the both of them make sure it’s taken care of. I appreciate the both of them and their hard work.

  I am a current resident for almost a year. This review is for the maintenance team alone. I have lived in several apartment complex, including some high end luxury complexes. Never have I experienced the high quality and quick level of service these maintenance guys provide. I am a very detailed person, and leave very little room for imperfections. I did have some hiccups within the apartment when I moved in, but these maintenance guys have done an incredible job of fixing every detail quickly and efficiently. Most recently is the last week, I put in a few maintenance requests back to back, and these guys did not miss a beat, next morning they were on top off all of my requests to ensure they were completed. Miguel, did great work fixing my garage door programming, and these guys quickly took care of the hallway request as well. These guys don’t get enough credit for all they do. Every day I see these friendly guys all around the complex working hard. Thank you!

  My wife and I have rented now two apartments at Palisades and have had nothing but positive experiences here. From the front office staff to maintenance, they have been timely and easy to get ahold of. Special thanks to the maintenance technicians Miguel and Robert. When we first moved in our kitchen sink faucet would leak and not turn off all the way. Robert helped work with my wife’s work from home schedule and got it replaced within just a couple of days. Recently our water heater malfunctioned and Miguel came after hours to diagnose the issue and next day installed the replacement part. Thank you both for the timely and professional help. We happily recommend Palisades to future renters and will continue to be residents here.
