- EYErik Yamir6 days ago1.0You can call 10 times and they will NOT pick up the phone. The buildings are old and decrepit with moldy bathrooms and leaking foundations. Our apartment has flooded due to rain and have had to get many walls replaced due to water damage. Many other building are like this which is why they keep sand bags and mulch tubes in the bushes. I work a night shift and they have no courtesy to let you know that at 7:50 in the morning there will be someone right outside your window with a chainsaw. Also the area smells of dog urine every day because everyone has huge dogs. No one picks up their dog poop so expect to see frequent larger than human size feces outside. Most of our bathroom floor needed to be redone because it wasn’t glued down properly and it was completely lifted. All this in less than two months of moving in. Can’t wait to finish up my lease.
