It’s a quiet place, and everyone who works there is wonderful—especially Valentina, who treated us so well when we first arrived. It’s not easy coming here as immigrants and receiving the kind of treatment she gave us. She made sure to ask when we wanted to move in and made everything simple from the very beginning, making us feel at home. Thank you so much, Valentina. The maintenance staff is among the best—they come very quickly to fix anything and are always very friendly. The common areas are also great, as is everything in general. We’re moving because we’re relocating to another city, but without a doubt Parcwood is one of the best places we’ve ever lived in.

It seemed like we only got someone to come to our unit because we went down to the office and asked in person about the ticket. Maybe if there are a wait queue to notify you how many tickets are ahead of you if could be more transparent.
