  I’ve been working with Teresa during my move-in process, and she has been incredible. She’s so responsive and supportive, and she’s made this whole process feel easy and stress-free. I’m really grateful for her help!

  I am currently searching for an apartment and recently took a tour of Brookwood Villas. I have to give a big shout-out to Teresa in the leasing office, because I randomly showed up on a Saturday, and she took the time out of her lunch break to give me a tour. She then reached back out to me after a two-bedroom, two-bath unit became available and showed me that unit as well. Although I didn't choose Brookwood as my apartment, I want to give them five stars for their excellent customer service. I will recommend Brookwood Villas for anyone looking for an apartment in Corona.

  I just moved out of here to buy my first home, and the escrow was messy, and the front office was so understanding with me extending my move out date several times. They saved me from having to live in a hotel. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are nice and in good condition. All staff is super friendly- office, maintenance, and even the landscaper. Erika especially has been amazing with my move out situation. Bad management will make your life hell, so it's been important to me.
