  Brookwood Villas Apartment Complex is a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are affordable, spacious, comfortable and cozy. Their office staff are the best. They are very professional, efficient and accommodating. I really appreciate the office Leasing Consultants, Terese and Madison, they are very helpful and top notch! I also appreciate Brookwood's Manager who is efficient and helpful. Finally, Brookwood Villas Maintenance team is first class I truly appreciate how the maintenance supervisor Edward and his assistant Brian always get the job done immediately whenever I have a maintenance request. That is very rare in a large apartment complex. If you are seeking a classy and comfortable place to call home, I highly recommend Brookwood Villas Apartments as the place to be.

  Teresa is the running soul of this place. Her leadership skills and positive attitude is much appreciated. She has been more than welcome to me because of her kind spirit her approach-to problem skills are on point. She will attend to your concerns, and the maintenance team is also working hard on site our premises are always clean and relaxing to walk through with our beautiful trees and birds chirping. Thank you Teresa for making my experience here a positive one.

  I’ve been hunting for an apartment since December and was reaching a point of burnout trying to find something within my budget. I toured Brookwood Villas with low expectations, but Teresa completely turned that around. She was incredibly welcoming and informative, walking me through the amenities, unit orientations, and the renovation details. I fell in love with the floor plan (the full-size washer/dryer is a huge plus!) and the fact that it’s a quiet, gated, and very dog-friendly community. Teresa made the application and financial process seamless, and I was thrilled to be approved within 24 hours. I don’t move in for a while, but I’m so excited for this to be my first apartment. Huge thanks to Teresa for her transparency and communication!

  Hi! I moved into the Brookwood Villas in 2024 and have been here for 2 years now. During my entire experience living here, I have been provided with the best customer service. From my initial application process to now being a resident, I have been treated with respect and everything is processed in a timely manner. A stand out for me is Teresa, not only is she the face right when you walk into the office, but she is genuinely so kind, welcoming and really cares about the residences! I would say if not for her then I would not have even applied to live here. She made the process so smooth and is so knowledgeable about the property. Genuinely Brookwood Villas wouldn’t be the great place to live if it weren’t for her! If anyone is looking to rent an apartment from here then make sure to see Teresa and she will make the process so easy for you! I highly recommend Brookwood Villas to anyone looking for a safe, clean and friendly complex to live in!

  I’ve lived here for over a year, and recently moved from a 1bed1bath to a 2bed1bath the staff is very helpful and friendly, specially Teresa in the office, she is very informative and always made sure to communicate with me via email and phone to make sure the move in and move out process was smooth and made sure I had all my services transferred to the new apartment in time. Maintenance is also speedy and helpful, their turn around time was always within a few hours. At one point my AC stopped working and I had to call after hours, within 5 minutes they were there to setup a portable AC for me and got my AC fixed by the next day. It’s a quiet and friendly complex that I highly recommend.
