    Had an appointment for a tour, as we walked in the building itself was nice. The assistant manager was nice and presented himself but ran off to to something without an ETA. The manager herself is the issue and needs more training with costumer service and communication skils. We waited for 30min. I did what was asked I arrived early and went to the leasing office and the lady inside said loudly they were closed, I said loudy, like she did that we have an tour appointment. Before that many residents, including a contractor were knocking and there was no answer for any of them. They were left not knowing what to do since each time they went it was closed. The residents looking for help were being ignored, as a future resident I felt ignored as well. I left very disappointed. Didn't get a tour, the lady responded very rudely. Even assumed that I lied how the assistant manager introduced himself to me and my family and that ive been waiting that long. I told her check the lobby cameras. If your assistant manager has to do the tours for you, and run emergency situations when you have an appointment scheduled, then the manager should do the tour or communicate ahead of time the delay. She came off very defensive when I communicated that I was waiting and would leave canceling the tour. She was very defensive and trying to reschedule. But with what we experienced just waiting was more than enough to see we don't want to live in a place where the manager ignores residents and immediately yells they are closed to future residents. I let them know I was leaving dissatisfied and disappointed. Really seems like they don't want to lease units. Both my husband and I work very well customers service jobs including leasing and left disappointed on the manager herself. Assistant manager looks like he is doing his best. I really looked forward to moving there upon arrival but now that won't happen.

    I’ve been here for 2 years with my family , Chelsea and Caitlyn from the management team is great! My wife and I enjoy this environment for our family!

    I had an amazing move-in experience thanks to Caitlyn!!! She was super helpful from the moment I arrived. She walked me through the entire apartment, explained everything I needed to know, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. Thank you for making my move-in smooth!

    I live here at Renaissance Square Concord California. I love it here. I love my apartment. I wanna say a special thank you too the girls in the leasing office Chelsea and Caitlyn. They are so helpful and always greet me and my dog Honey with kindness and smile. They both make me feel so at home here. Most of all, they are doing a great job in the leasing office always very attentive to our needs.

    I seriously have to give the biggest shoutout to Chelsea and Caitlyn in the leasing office, they’re absolute gems. From the first day I moved in, they’ve been nothing but kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Every time I stop by the office, they greet me like family, not just another tenant. Chelsea always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and is so sweet and a great listener, and Caitlyn’s energy is so warm and positive that it honestly makes dealing with apartment stuff so much easier. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions about my lease, or just chatting about life, they’re always patient and on top of things. You can tell they really care about the community here and the people living in it. In a world where good customer service is rare, these two stand out. They make living here feel like home and that’s something money can’t buy. Huge thank you to both of them for everything they do! 💛
