IT IS ON MARKET 1 week after we leave! • You will have ROACHES and or bedbugs perhaps rats too! twice a month you will have to empty your kitchen for pest control. There is a now closed case with city of concord but may be reopened if management does not follow appropriate measures( to which they have struggled to do so) • ALSO The response given by FPI mgmt (see below) do not respond and are trying to look good by a sympathetic response…. • I’ve had repeated issues here: pest problems (roaches and bedbug concerns), missed appointments/no-shows, and maintenance requests that were delayed or marked complete without being completed. I escalated to the City of Concord due to ongoing habitability concerns/violations. After documenting issues and requesting proper documentation, communication became increasingly unprofessional and argumentative (including uncomfortable names), and a rent increase followed. Documentation and follow-through have been unreliable. I would not choose this complex again. (The last photo where the Counter is broken and detached all that dirtiness is roach, feces, their urine eggs, and dead roaches)

I’m going to be as transparent as possible. If you’re looking for a luxury type of apartment, then this complex probably won’t be you. but if you’re looking for an apartment, that will WORK WITH YOU and won’t go up on the rent every year then I would suggest moving here for a few years. I moved away because of work, but honestly, I do miss this place because it was super convenient towards everything you can think of and maintenance actually did their job.

I have been living there for about 2 years. First thing, don't believe the pictures. Everything in the apartment is from around the 1960s or so and have been painted multiple times as well as the walls which have some sort of washable paint (not very appealing). It's very noisy because of the thin walls so you can hear what the neighbors are saying even if they don't speak loudly. Bedrooms are facing the parking lot and you will wake up every time a car passes by or somebody is yelling outside which happens quite frequently (not a good place for students to work at home). The trash container smelled pretty awful and certainly affected the apartments close to it (I was lucky not living close to it). Second thing, their sewer system is old and not working. Every three month or so it was clogged, I had my kitchen flooded with gallons of wastewater (awful smell in the whole apartment included). They responded to these matters quickly, however no compensation for these inconveniences. But the most annoying thing is the cost given all the things I just described. I was paying around $1250 for 1br which was high given the size and appearance of the apartment (I would consider around $850-900 a fair prize for that). You will be wasting your precious money since you won't get your deposit back (I finally got $50 of $500 paid) because they will make up phony costs for repairs and cleaning even if you leave the apartment in very good conditions. And I had three other apartments before where I got the full amount of deposit back at the end. STAY AWAY.
