  The worst experience ever. The management and leasing agents are unprofessional, can’t take care of simple issues, and don’t want to be bothered for any work. I have been trying for a month to find out about my security deposit since I vacated the apt., every time I call, I am told the manager is out on vacation, she is out on lunch, she is in meeting. She will call you back and so far I have not heard from her. I suppose there is no one in that office who knows any thing about customer care, leasing agreements or rental policies.

  Its hard to contact the property when you are calling them.

  If you have any psychiatric problem THEN DO NOT EVER RENT AT CLAYTON CREEK! They come (Specifically! KATHY) and insult you! Shame on her! Hey KATHY! The manager, if you happen to reply to my message then get (beep) ready for my reply as right now I am kinda holding BACK!

  They have cooked rules and not very helpful , my wife and I were trying to apply here , they held the application for 3 days and charged us $70 , then they rejected saying my wife don't have SSN or six month records , I was upfront about it , and she is new to the country , they still took the $70 , I am not sure how they can do back ground check without having SSN. I even told them that I can show them her passport for travel records , or have someone to co sign or even increase the deposit , but I guess they got someone to pay more on rent .
