She showed me around all the amenities and what I fell in love with was the fitness center! The units are very nice as well. I liked that it came with all appliances! she answered all my questions and was very understanding with the process and my options. I had to let her know that I was looking around and I was inputting all factors like parking, amenities, pricing, etc. Unfortunately, I did not end up leasing here due to price wise and availability. Also, One of the things I did not like was guest having to have a parking pass and they would not be able to park inside the complex after 5 PM if a pass wasn’t given out. I just feel like as much money as we are paying for rent. We shouldn’t have our guest park on the street. Their 1bd down stairs starting off at 1900 seemed a little high especially for the area. However, Erika was really helpful and I appreciate her patience and time with me.
