- TTthat_1_snkrheadNov 13, 20251.0Horrible customer service regarding any warranty service call, I have an issue with the desert landscape in my front yard and they refuse to address the issue, they basically told me to kick rocks buddy! I am convinced that it is an irrigation issue but they state that I must have spilled something on my rocks to cause the discoloration. Typical Pulte Homes reputation, they act all nice to take your money and than tell you to scram when you complain.
