  I would strongly recommend people look closely before renting at Scottsmen Too Apartments. There has been persistent mold present in the bathroom, and it has been causing ongoing headaches, brain fog, and feeling generally unwell for both me and my roommate. Mold inside a unit is a serious health concern and should be addressed immediately in any rental property. Another issue is the consistent yearly rent increases to the maximum percentage allowed under California law, which makes it increasingly difficult for tenants to continue living here long-term. The shared amenities are also rarely maintained properly. The pool and hot tub are often dirty, and the hot tub is frequently out of service. The communal BBQ area is in poor condition and does not appear to be regularly maintained. For the amount residents pay in rent, basic maintenance, cleanliness, and health concerns should be handled much better. These issues have made the living experience here frustrating and disappointing. The time I brought up mold they painted over it until it came back and i had to complain more .

  I moved out of state, somehow my signature was forged on the following years paperwork, these people CLEARLY didn’t bother to verify the ID of those living in that unit. Thankfully I was able to get the proof I need to prove my signature has been forged. HELLO PEOPLE it’s 2025 it’s not hard to prove I was no longer in the state of California, SOMEONE IS LYING AND SENDING MY INFO TO DEBT COLLECTIONS!! RUN THE OTHER WAY, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET AHOLD OF WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Management does not care when providing a beautiful community. Crashed cars, abandone cars , looks like a complete junk yard. The swimming pool looks like a science project. But the managers unit around landscaping looks amazing. Maintenance is awful. They send 3 guys in to take care of what one good maintenance could take care of. Even with 3 guys, the job is never taken care of. The manager will be nice to your face and tell you she will take care of it, but as soon as you walk out the door nothing happens. I think the manager Denise does not care about the property or that this is our home. I would not recommend moving here.

  Don't sign a contract with them... they cheat, don't return the deposit and charge more than the deposit... think about it, they charge meaningless amounts every month, at first they say there is. no trash fee but then they add it i sue them👎👎👎

  Very happy with my place and the apt. and complex is very well laid out and far exceeded my expectations.Renee and Sandra and all the staff were great at helping me get in and double checking the apartment and making sure I had no complaints or problems. I would very much recommend this place to anyone who would like a fresh perspective on apartment living.
