This complex is significantly outdated and overpriced for what it offers. At $1,700 per month, the value simply does not align with the condition of the property. The buildings feel old, and many of the “updates” appear to be superficial rather than meaningful improvements. Cheap carpet is installed instead of investing in durable flooring like wood or tile, which raises concerns about long-term quality and how deposits are managed.
Management is neither terrible nor impressive — communication is decent — but there is nothing proactive or forward-thinking about how the property is run. Maintenance staff responds and does what they can, but many repairs seem to rely on temporary fixes or workarounds instead of proper replacements. Ongoing issues like potential roof leaks reflect the aging infrastructure.
Safety is another concern for both upper and lower tenants. The overall condition of the property does not give a strong sense of security or structural confidence.
Noise is also a factor. Traffic and airport activity are noticeable, and while you may think it won’t bother you, road and airplane noise can be heard regularly.

I love the flowers and the landscaping, but there is a massive issue with mosquitos. You can’t go outside without getting absolutely eaten by them. They likely come from the flooding that happens every single night. They’re always working on the sprinkler system but because of the way the sidewalks are, all of the water will always pool so bad that you actually HAVE to walk in the wet grass at night to get anywhere, because it’s going to get you less wet than the sidewalks, which hold several inches of water in places. The sidewalks need redone entirely to prevent this, along with some form of proper drainage. The mosquitoes are a nightmare and need to be eliminated. The roaches aren’t ideal either, but they do seem to spray for those and keep those under control (ish).

Have a cleaning job here, a friend of mine just moved in he doesn't like to clean or works so much the time he does have he doesn't wanna clean lol so yea apartments nice

Very nice place but has a very long wait and should be cheaper. The top apartments are a different price then the bottom ones witch shouldn't be because they are the same.

This place is awful! I just moved out august 2016. These took my entire deposit AND charged me money on top of it. I know youre thinking i must have not cleaned before i left....NOT THE CASE. I bleached my kitchen my batgroom and the linoleum floors. I have a witness who was with me! They said i left food and dirt smudges and charged me inflated prices for every little thing they could think of (or made themselves). They charged me for the garage cleaning and i have pictures showing it was the same condition when i moved in. What else?! They REFUSE to email or show any of the pictures they took. When i called in the lady Elvia hung up on me twice! Then stopped answering. She REFUSED to give me any explanation of the charges. Over $200 for labor and materials?!? And yet every other charge says it includes labor too. This place is terrible its filled with cockroaches and broken appliances. They dont care who parks in front of your spot THEY WONT HELP AT ALL. Dont live here.
