  Applied for a unit early last week and was denied, that’s fine we found a place and that isn’t the issue. The issue is that it has been a week and the $200 holding deposit I paid has yet to be refunded to my original payment method. I plan to give them another week and if I still do not have my refund then I will have my attorney reach out to FPI directly. But fair warning to those looking to apply, maybe don’t apply somewhere that has you pay that much up front to hold an apartment before you’re even approved.

  I'm a resident at the Reva Apts. for almost a year now, and I love it here. The residents are very friendly, as well as the staff. Reva is a gated community, and is very safe. Reva is also Pet friendly, the residents clean up after their pets, and there is a dog park. The grounds are beautiful. When there is a maintenance issue, they fix it right away. It's also in a great location on Sunrise Blvd. I highly reccomend the Reva Apartments to everyone. Stephen Taboh

  New tenant and completely happy with my decision to move here. Nicole assisted me with the entire move in process and was very professional, highly customer focused, helpful, informative, and responsive. I rated 5 starts for several reasons: 1. Ease of online application. 2. Tour was helpful. 3. Move in day was easy and responsive. 4. Simon the maintence technician was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. 5. Daniel the maintenance supervisor temporarily there has amazing customer service and friendly. 6. Coffee/beverage bar. 7. The grounds are pretty and lots of trees/greenery. 8. Dog friendly! 9. Safe, safe and safe! 10. Parking spaces have space—yay! 11. Dog park. 12. Spacious and affordable. 13. Close to Roseville, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Downtown. 14. Coffee, grocery and freeways less than a mile away. 15. Friendly neighbors and family atmosphere. 16. Quiet. Management goes above and beyond including Pari. I found a place to live that I feel comfortable in, centrally located, gated community, paved pathways to walk, and responsive management. I feel very blessed and so thankful to the Nicole for answering all my questions and assisting me with my move in.

  Pari the manager seems like a scam artist. I don’t recommend this place at all. I moved out, cleaned the apartment spotless, and she tried to illegally charge me for a $220 carpet cleaning. In the state of California, you can not charge a tenet a carpet cleaning, unless there is visible damage beyond normal wear and tear. The security deposit says “non negotiable”, It definitely is, because the things she’s charging me for aren’t legal. I know someone else who lives at the reva, they had a maintenance request for their washer that stopped working. Pari tried to send them a bill to pay for it. Not legal! My monthly water bill was consistently way too high for a 1 bed, $90 a month. They don’t give you any kind of legitimate receipt, I think they just over charge people for as long as they can get away with it. If you choose to live here, know your rights. I’m so happy I moved. Eric, the maintenance man, is the only good thing here.

  Quite nice when I moved in. When they refurbished the apartments, I was told in a rude manner that I could move to an updated apt. or move out. I chose to move to another apt. The rent was ALWAYS fluxuating. Up & down over the two and a half years of my time there. I cleaned the apartment for four to five days before leaving, even the maintenance person stated that 'it's the cleanest apt. I've ever seen on a move out.' When I didn't hear from the office within the return time for the deposit, I was informed that the deposit was used for cleaning and new rugs. It took even MORE time to receive the itemized breakdown. The FINALLY straw was they mailed everything, originally, to the apt. address when they had my PO BOX from the start. Thank you for reading this and please think twice about moving into this complex. In my experience they will smile to your face and stab you in the back.
