  There is really nothing good about this complex. The first red flag was them showing us the new renovated apartment, then our move in day the apartment was nothing close to the renovated place that we were shown. We asked for them to come in and fix some small issues and they did not show up on the time and day they made us aware of and found out they entered our apartment without informing us days to a week later. We made it very clear that we had an indoor cat so we needed to be aware for that reason as it is also illegal for them to enter your space without notice. Next thing about this place, our neighbor sold drugs out of his apartment, which invited those people into our tiny shared space upstairs. After our neighbor had a freak out he threatened our lives. He went from saying he was going to shoot us with 30 rounds, Stab us, and beat us up. He gave his “customers” the location of where we worked, what we looked like and what our vehicles were with license plate numbers. Telling them to find us in the parking lot to “beat us up so badly or kill us so we end up on the news”. He had threatened us and my father with a gun. After the first situation he texted us to let us know “we snitched to the apartment management” so the front office let him know that we, the people he was trying to hurt/kill “snitched” on him. We then asked management about them telling our neighbor and they said “no of course not, we had to give him a ticket” Later that night our neighbor confirmed that he went down and spoke to them and they told him that we complained so they had to do something about it…After this he was bribing people with money and drugs to come to our apartment and hurt us. We went down to the front office and provided video proof of him saying everything from them confirming we went down to make the front office aware of the situation to him selling drugs, to him trying to hire people to hurt/kill us. They said that our neighbor was a long time resident and he would never do anything like that. After telling them he had pointed a gun at us, they said he cant own a weapon…and compared this situation to “living under someone who walks heavy” we then asked at that point to be moved out to another unit or get out of the lease completely. At first we were told that we were being moved into an empty unit across the way, then we were told since we weren’t there long enough they couldn’t move us so we had to stay there or pay out of our lease. Hearing this we obviously had no choice to buy out of our lease. They sent this situation (or what I hope they did) up to higher management and they said no because we weren’t there for 6 months yet ( we were there for 5 months ) . We then overheard they were upgrading our neighbor for the same price to a 2 bed 2 bath for the inconvenience. They knew he was selling drugs out of the unit, they were made aware of his actions towards us with video evidence and they rewarded him and put us in a situation where we had to come out of pocket 2x rent to leave for our safety. Moral of the story DO NOT move into this complex. Aside from it being gross inside, the people they allow and favor to live next to you isn't worth it. P.S. The front office was provided with a police report and video evidence of everything happening. As well as the situation that made our neighbor freak out was because we didn't stand on the staircase so no one came to steal his drugs.

  You got the best staff you have. They are on the job an fix thing that need to be done with one in a day. Very Friendly very courtesy.. Ashley is the best. Very helpful and courteous and friendly . She will help with anything. An lilly is another one am the Maine men are just as good kacey an chad

  My husband and I have been living here for a little over 2 months. We chose this apartment because we needed a place as soon as possible but so far there are many problems here and it's not worth living here at all. My husband had his catalytic converter stolen twice in less than a month. First time he told the manager, was told that they can't put up cameras because it violates privacy. What is the point of security then? All they care about is your money and nothing else. There is always a problem with hot water. My husband has to heat up the tea kettle In order to shave. There is a water noise in the wall that's been there since we moved in , 2 months ago. We told the office about these problems but they refuse to get it fixed , blame it on the boilers and refuse to take action. The workers come in without permission. We specifically said to call us if anyone will come to fix something or for an inspection but they don't care. Find another place to live in. This place isn't worth the time or the money.
