    LOL they closed TWO maintenance tickets without ever coming to our unit or doing any work and when we called the office to say “hey can you tell us what work was done” they said they’d email us and they have also not done that. One of them is an ongoing leak on our toilet so probably in the best interest of the building that they resolve that. I want to be mad but it’s so damn funny that they failed to do their jobs so epically and had the audacity to have an auto mailer ask for reviews 😂😂

    We lived here for over a year. At the time of move-in, no office staff member was present during the inspection of the apartment. We were only provided with the keys. Shortly after moving in, I visited the office and showed the manager photographs documenting pre-existing issues in the apartment, including damage to the entrance door, refrigerator, and bathroom, as well as the absence of a door to the laundry room. The manager informed me that everything was acceptable and noted. At the time of move-out, no representative from the office was present to inspect the apartment. The unit was left clean and in good condition. We did not have any pets and did not make any holes or alterations to the walls. We were not refunded our $640 deposit. The managers cannot explain why the money was held, no receipts, no photos of the damage.

    I had a really disappointing experience here. My original appointment was canceled because they double-booked me, which was already frustrating. They rescheduled me for a Saturday, and when we ended up arriving about 15 minutes late (after trying to call ahead multiple times with no answer), we were immediately told they were at lunch and fully booked for the day. There was no acknowledgment that they had canceled on us the first time, and no effort to accommodate or even properly greet us. Instead, we were told they cancel appointments after 15 minutes and that we should have emailed, even though no email was ever provided when booking. The lack of communication and basic customer service was really disappointing, especially considering this was their reschedule, not ours. In the end, we left and found another location with a much more professional and welcoming leasing team so it worked out better for us. But I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience. Also look at their yelp reviews, thankful we didn’t pick this place!

    Work orders were not fulfilled in a timely manor. My door handle fell off and they never came and fixed it after two work orders.

    My heater has been down 4 weeks was supposed to be fixed today 2/20/26. Didn't happen. My dryer was down 3 weeks and finally got fixed Wednesday 2/18/26. When this email was sent it said job was completed and it wasn't. I was told for my heater they're waiting on a part. After the 1st week the guy came back with a part and said the whole heater was shot(that's what the office told me) and gave me a portable heater. Here we are 4th friday since it went out and still no heater. They loaned us another portable heater. My SMUD is going to be so high. This is the worst service. We pay 1850.00 a month and get terrible service.
