  Our maintenance representative Jarry was very professional. He was cordial, kind and patient with my questions. I called out our AC, our AC kept blowing hot air despite our breaker being on and the fan running. He came by and reset the breaker, and reset the water heater within the same day. The team was very quick to respond and help out with our issues. Also I was worried because our complex has issues with wasp nests and Jarry and his team has already knocked out the wasp nests as well. I would give them all 5 stars, and encourage anyone who is looking for a new place to try out Salishan Apartment.

  We absolutely love living in this community! Even though the complex is quite large, it feels very cozy and welcoming. The grounds are always clean and well maintained, which we really appreciate. The maintenance team is amazing — whenever we submit a request, they respond very quickly, and the handymen come out and fix everything fast and professionally. That makes a huge difference for our family. We also really enjoy the amenities: the pool, jacuzzi, gym, and the playground where kids can have fun. There’s plenty of parking, which is another big plus. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to live. We’re very happy here and would definitely recommend it!
