  Received a notice that my HAVAC system was fixed but no technician even arrived just the handyman who told me he'd call to get it serviced. It never happened and they mark the repairs as Done!

  Clean apartment, good landscape people, friendly office staff. But the residents are terrible at parking, not the fault of apartment complex though. I’m not sure why residents park soooooo crooked, some take up 2 parking spots for one car.

  My fiancé and I lived there for two years. In that two year time span we had SWAT there twice, once with police tape all across the building not being able to access our apartment and another with SWAT resting on our balcony for the apartment directly across the stairs from us. We had our car broken into with no action from the apartment because they only have one camera in front of the office, even though this is a gated community. Trash being left right outside of the dumpster with no action from maintenance or communication from the office after providing pictures. Many instances of Citrus Heights PD arriving. I am writing this to inform future residents of the safety risk but to also bring to light their lack of communication. My fiancé has emailed the apartment manager Mikki multiple times to discuss various issues while living there and has received little to no response unless you call multiple times or just show up in the office. I would also like to make other future and current residents aware they will drag their feet when it comes to receiving your deposits back. If you have the time and patience to constantly badger with emails and calls then this might be the right place for you. Will update this review if we ever receive correspondence from the Foxborough office.

  The Foxborough Apartments were my home for nearly five years, and it has truly been a pleasure living here. Crystal, Micky, and the entire maintenance team consistently made it easy and enjoyable to call this place home. Any time I had a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and professionally. When major changes came up in my life, the staff went above and beyond to make the move-out process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the property owners for creating such a supportive, well-run community. Their commitment to maintaining a wonderful and understanding environment has always been clear, and I’m grateful to have been part of it.

  This has got to be the absolute best apartment complex in citrus heights for your money's worth. The maintenance team fixes things right away, management is super polite, the amenities are top-notch minus the bbq. Ill admit, I was worried about the hot tub not working and when I mentioned it, it was fixed two days later. That's FAST. My wife and absolutely love it here, especially having a wood-burning fireplace, tends to help set the mood 😉
