- BCBrianna CowlesFeb 11, 20262.0The one thing that MADE me and my husband move here was the extreme amounts of open parking so we didnt have to fight for parking WELL THATS OVER!!! They are putting in electrical vehicle parking (which just because I was so angry I went around and counted how many electrical vehicles live here and there aren't more than 5) they took over and entire 12 parking spots which sounds like not a lot but in apartment parking it is ALOT!!! The front office staff is okay, the only nice one is Erica, last time I called in and didnt get her, I got some very rude girl that DID NOT even pretend to care and never actually put in my service request. Maintenance guys are nice but dog poop cans are rarely cleaned out leaving the apartments smelling like dog poop. Ive called multiple times to clean the artificial grass and while they will do it, they only do it when i complain, its not a regular thing they take care of WHICH IS EXTREMELY BAD FOR PEOPLE AND DOGS HEALTH. I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏽♀️ price isnt terrible BUT if they could fix these small issues it would be a fantastic place to live. Oh and plumbing is so old we have had a few neighbors with flooding issues and just praying it doesnt happen to us because I have a baby on the way.
- MBMegan BagwillDec 5, 20255.0I have lived here for 12 years. Office and maintenance staff are always helpful, friendly, and prompt. They have 2 residen appreciation events per year's ( Summer pool party and Christmas) and Santa never disappoints! Its a quiet and safe community.
- AMAnita MorrellNov 20, 20255.0I don't live at the salishan at the moment but my daughter and Idid a walk through and there beautiful we fell in love with the salishan and hope to move in shortly and make them are new home for a very long time the staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you in anyway they can ❤️
