  Had tech show introduce himself and said why he was there ,continued to the sink and remedy the situation and within minutes, problem solved 😉 said it was fixed and if any issue call again. He was very friendly and also explained what was wrong. I love the maintenance people here! Give them all a raise .

  Want to give a shout out to Sarahy I came in to office to view property I was shown a unit but girl seem distracted and didn’t offer me a tour so as I went about viewing property on my own which is very big property lol Sarahy step up and came to my rescue. She demonstrated leadership compassion and most importantly gave me an amazing experience to why it’s I should become a future resident and all that the property has to offer. Because of the experience she gave me I could definitely consider this place being my future home. Thank you Sarahy

  The diswhasher was not draining properly and couldn't be used. There were no replacement dishwashers availible There was a fair bit of standing water in the bottom I couldn't get out without possibly damaging the machine. It took over a week to get someone to drain the system. On the good side when a new machine became available it was installed the next day.

  I want to recognize Sarahy for her exceptional support for my aunt Aracely. She went above and beyond. Both my aunts faced obstacles during their transition. From moving to one county to San Diego County. Sarahy definitely helped lessen the stress; with her help, they secured their ideal home. My aunt Aracely felt all sorts of emotions, tears of joy, relief and gratitude for the start of their beautiful new beginning. I am extremely grateful, and once again thank you to Sarahy, for making this dream possible.

  I must say from the moment we walked in everyone was so welcoming ! We had viewed a few others places prior but they just didn’t feel right, So when I decided to visit here I just felt at home right away !!! When we walked in Lupita the Manager who was very busy at the time I could tell but despite that she didn’t say like others we visited you must make an appointment or we have no staff here to show you a place ,,, no she took us not to just the apartment to look at it but the whole complex and didn’t rush us at all made us feel like we were her only priority … We went home and the next day I told my daughter let’s go look just one more time to make sure this is the place we really want. When we walked in we met Sarahy !!! She was just the sweetest and said before you make your mind up let me show you one last apartment that just came available along with it being fully remolded …. We walked in and just knew this was home.The rest is history, we move in soon and I couldn’t be happier! Sarahy was so great through this whole process helping us with paperwork, being just a email or call away when needed and just overall very helpful! If you are looking for a new home I do recommend.
