  Ms. Norma and Ms. Monica were great! From the start of the process to finalizing the paperwork and becoming a tenant, they were responsive and answered all the questions I had. Made me feel very comfortable and calm in selecting the right place to live. Thank you!🙏

  The staff at the leasing office is very attentive and kind. Monica and Norma are very flexible to work with and I appreciated their help in moving in and out! We will miss our first apartment.

  Norma was very friendly and accommodating, started from inquiring about a unit, to applying and finally moving in, she was there to help us through every step! Maintenance team was also very efficient, we had little things we noticed inside our apartment during the first week or our stay, submitted work orders and was completed within the same or following day, thank you Victor and Samuel!

  As first-time renters, we honestly had no idea what we were doing and felt pretty overwhelmed at first. But Norma at the front desk made the whole experience so much easier from day one. She was always on top of things, kept us updated, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Anytime we had questions, and we had a lot 😅, she was super patient and never made us feel like a bother.You can tell she really cares about helping people and making the process smooth. Thanks to Norma, what could’ve been a stressful experience ended up being a really positive one. Thank you, Norma. We truly appreciate you!
