From the beautiful apartments to the great location, everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly hope to apply and move in soon. The real reason for this review, though, is Mak from the leasing office. This was hands down the best apartment-tour experience we’ve ever had. Mak was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and informative—I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how great he was. Overall, an amazing experience, stunning apartments, and outstanding service. We’re very excited about the possibility of calling this place home.

Me and my son yesterday‘s Halloween party was nice. Everybody is so sweet and kind. Carl does a very good at responding to work orders and Explaining what he’s going to do.Mayra is a busy manager but always takes the time to email me back or returns my cals quickly when I have any questions or concerns. And is Mariah such a sweetheart. Greets me very kindly.. Love living here very convenient for me for my son since School is literally just around the corner The freeway is right by us, which makes it very easy for me to just jump onto the freeway to get to work. Love it here thank you summit

She is always available for questions and follows up with the tenacity as if she owned the facility. 2. Property - A+ The majority of all of the apartments have been upgraded. The common areas are clean and upgraded. The pool is pristine. 3. Cleanliness - A+ I did not have any issues with bugs. The common areas are immaculate. 4. Atmosphere - A+ Family friendly and safe. My neighbors were great and everyone looked out for one another. 5. Maintenance Staff A+++ The day I moved in the thermostat was not working properly. Called Mary and they had someone there in 5 minutes. Swapped out the control panel and was out in 15 minutes. I had another time where I needed one of the halogen light changed and the same result. Super team!
