Me and my son yesterday‘s Halloween party was nice. Everybody is so sweet and kind. Carl does a very good at responding to work orders and Explaining what he’s going to do.Mayra is a busy manager but always takes the time to email me back or returns my cals quickly when I have any questions or concerns. And is Mariah such a sweetheart. Greets me very kindly.. Love living here very convenient for me for my son since School is literally just around the corner The freeway is right by us, which makes it very easy for me to just jump onto the freeway to get to work. Love it here thank you summit

- CSCD SwatchSep 1, 20255.0Just moved in a week ago and so far enjoying the community very much. Move in was very easy, and the office staff Mariah and Mayra are very nice and attentive to my needs. The process was quick and any issues were promptly handled. The unit itself is in wonderful condition and recently refurbished so the cabinets and everything else looks new and clean. The community is very quiet compared to my last rental place, the only noise I hear is from neighborhood kids playing, which is always something that gives me joy. Parking is easy and everything is so good so far. I look forward to a long and pleasant stay at the Summit and making it my home for a while. No place is perfect, but so far it feels like home!

The only good parts about this community are the maintenance man who is still there and the previous manager Jeanette who was competent, friendly and attentive to tenants. Listen to the other review that states the new manager is condescending and rude. If you happen to catch someone in person at the office (the door is often locked during business hours) your presence in the office will be an inconvenience to them. Your packages will go missing as the parcel locker is often broken, the manager will state that no packages were delivered despite the mail carrier confirming it was placed in the locker and if you call to follow up, you will be able to hear the other lady yell out "I already told her it wasn't in there." I would say get everything in writing but they pretend not to receive your emails anyway. Prepare to go to small claims as they will take more than half of your security deposit in fees without providing the itemized statement. They will claim the 21 day deadline doesn't include weekends or days they are off and when they realize they're wrong they will change their tune and claim the bill was mailed within the deadline despite USPS informed delivery confirming that no such letter was sent. Any attempts at contact with the management company will be completely ignored as well. If they cared at all about Summit they would hire all new office staff.
