  I am very satisfied with the property itself and with the guidance I received during the viewing. However, I experienced considerable stress due to the complexity and lack of clarity in the procedures. I understand that, since my status in the United States is not yet fully established, it may be difficult for me to earn sufficient creditworthiness. Even so, if the overall process leading up to the lease had been thoroughly shared in advance with the broker, I believe we could have avoided the repeated inconvenience of being asked to make decisions at every step, discussing each issue with the broker, and then having the broker confirm everything with your company. Since some steps are still not completed, I am feeling quite nervous, wondering whether additional problems may arise at the time of move‑in as well.

  I lived in Capriana for about a year before relocating to San Francisco for work, and it has easily been the best apartment experience I’ve had. I’ve lived in several areas before—Glendale, Downtown LA, Arcadia, and Irvine—and Capriana stands out by far. The rent is competitive in the area but much cheaper comparing to places like Irvine. The staff are friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. The environment is excellent: a quiet, remote neighborhood where you can hear birds singing in the morning. The apartment itself is well built; the walls are solid enough that noise rarely carries through, which I especially appreciated since I own a set of speakers. The location is also very convenient—close to the highway and only about a 20-minute drive to Rowland Heights, where I usually go for food. I work from home, so commuting was never an issue. Most importantly, the view truly makes a difference. Looking out the window at the wide Southern California landscape with mountains in the distance genuinely brightened my days. The scene on my drive home was also something I enjoyed. That sense of openness and calm is something I haven’t found anywhere else. Would highly recommend it!

  Carlos is an excellent maintenance man. Very conscientious and hard working. We appreciate him and feel that Capriana is very fortunate to have him here.
