I have issues with wrong charges every single month, had to sign a lease contract about 4 times now because there is always an issue or a mistake on their side (and even though I have all my past copies signed they somehow say I failed to sign it every time) and they take weeks to do something as simple as changing a front porch light. The gate is never working which makes the fact that is a gated community completely irrelevant. Overpriced for what they offer, don’t recommend
