- JWJanelle WilliamsOct 30, 20251.0Management assisted my two roommates in abandoning their part in the lease and leaving everything to me intentionally. This is absolutely not legal and I will be pursuing legal action against them. In addition to the issues mentioned above, I have never felt safe or welcomed by the residents here. I've heard couples screaming at each other and their children, door to door scammers pretending to be pg&e coming over and over again, my downstairs neighbors cursing at me, banging on walls and screaming for no apparent reason. The office closing indefinitely with no apparent reason or communication AT ALL from ISM Management. Strangers banging on my door at all hours of the night for NO apparent reason and then disappearing. Residents parking everywhere but INSIDE OF A PARKING SPACE making it difficult to actually park. Its awful here, and the other residents do NOT make it better. Not to mention the apartment being small, ran down and dirty. Awful place.
