  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rented an apartment for my son there from 8/24-5/25. Someone subleased from him for the last two months. Now 6 months later I am being charged a full month rent when we have had nothing to do with them. My son tried to get them to take it off. They wouldn't. I called and they said they couldn't help me and I had to contact a company called Domuso. When I called them I spent 20 minutes on the phone then was hung up on. I have emailed and heard nothing. I asked Cedar Flats to have someone call me and still have not heard back from them. They have helped themselves to my credit card and are unwilling to take the charge of $1000.93 off my account or to help me get it off. I am going to have to file a claim with my credit card company. I have spent a lot of time on this and they have been unwilling to help.

  All the staff are very nice and the spa gym and grill area are all very nice amenities and well kept.

  I lived there for more than 3 years and I can easily say it's one of the most pleasant places to live in Chico. The apartments and the gym are great, the whole staff is amazing (especially the community Director/ Area Supervisor, Nicole). I really had an amazing time there and wouldn't have left if I wasn't moving out of town

  Took every student email from the Chico State directory, to spam the student's about their overpriced apartments. No I did not "opt in" to your mailing list. Also stop leaving your brochures all over campus, it's a waste of paper.
