  This is already the third inspection notice I’ve received this year, totaling four days so far where I’ve had to rearrange my schedule while working from home. Since appointments aren’t offered, there’s no flexibility, and it feels like little consideration is given to the inconvenience this causes tenants. While I understand and appreciate the importance of inspections for safety purposes, the repeated disruptions are beginning to significantly affect my work. I would consider moving to avoid this ongoing issue, but unfortunately, the cost makes that option difficult at the moment.

  My husband and I LOVE living here. Our 2 bed/2bath is spacious and has a large kitchen island and ceiling fans in every room. The clubhouse and pool are so upscale and inviting. The clubhouse has comfortable, quiet places to read or to simply relax. Special shout out to Kirsten, manager, and Emma, assistant manager. They are wonderful !

  DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. One of the worst apartments I've ever lived in and I've had my fair share of apartments. First, when we first moved in the apartment was filthy. I'm not sure what there idea of clean was. Second, the walls are made of paper, you can hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything your neighbor is doing. And it doesn't help when you have an upstairs neighbor who is making noise at all hours of the night and management doesn't do anything about it because it continues to happen. We've complained multiple times about this neighbor and yet we continue to suffer the consequences of not being able to sleep at night because nothing is ever done. There is also a creaking sound that comes through anytime anyone is walking around upstairs (I'll insert a video). It won’t allow me to insert videos here but if you go to yelp I’ve included a video for reference so you really understand just how bad it is here. You can also hear water down from upstairs that sounds like the apartment is about to flood and try having to wake up to that noise at 2am as well on top of all the other noise. We can't wait to get out of these apartments. It's truly been a nightmare for us EVERY SINGLE DAY.

  I recently made a decision to move into the Eaton Ranch apartments several weeks ago. When I came to the office, I was greeted with the utmost respect from both Kylee and Brittany who were very attentive and met all my needs. They made the whole moving process easy and fun. I am very thankful to have moved here and it's a safe place.
