    Floor plan is awful. Upstair floor plan/rooms are not very much connected with bottom floor. There are 2 companies out there who already built the houses in Deerlake Ranch. Those are built in the same land area and square foot sizes but amazing and open floor plan. Pulte home plans do not offer the feeling of luxurious homes. The only good thing about them is their staff. They are very polite and informative.
