  Kudos to our Realtor Ms Revelina Um for the fast and exceptional service she provided to us during the home buying process. Rev is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. Her valuable insights and advice were crucial in helping us make informed decisions before buying our home. Rev and her team truly care and supported us by consistently sending us communications/updates day and night. We are so grateful for Rev and her team for their professionalism, expert guidance and encouragement during the entire home buying process. It was a complex process but they had it tailored-fit so we can understand the terms and legalities of buying a home. Rev truly advocated for us from start to finish, we can’t thank her enough!   Revelina is the best realtor ever. She helped us buy our home in the East Bay BUT also helped us sell our home in the Peninsula during a down market under time constraints after our first buyer lost escrow and we had to find a second buyer, which is no small feat! She will assist you as much as possible and is always on your side. You can text her as often as possible and she responds quickly. Plus when you are very scared and buyers have made you feel your home is a bad place, she will talk you down from the fear and assure you this is part of the selling process. She even got us welcome home to put new house presents and had her niece take professionally photos of us! (See pics) Go with Rev and you’re going to be happy!
