    Disappointment due to lack of application responsiveness after multiple attempted calls and emails. Phone always goes to voicemail. No response 2 weeks after submitting application. Process stole my application fee and $100 holding deposit without any details on next steps after credit check was completed. I’ve heard great reviews of this apartment complex and was hoping to secure a unit. Unfortunately, I keep being ghosted by management.
