  We enjoy living here but...I think the residents deserve an explanation on what's going on with office / managment. There is no one on site anymore. We had someone everyday and now nothing...when there is someone, they leave early or lack communication...it's very unfortunate considering we all pay a lot in rent here...I hate to be so negative but please get it together. I've heard multiple tenants complain already. Update: how do we reach out to you?

  Been here 3 years, Since Mercedes left, Bart Plaza has become a disaster. There’s basically no manager onsite anymore and getting anything fixed takes months. The gym equipment is constantly broken and the gym itself is filthy and dirty. The dog park is also always a mess. What’s frustrating is they are very quick to charge late fees, but very slow to do their job when it comes to maintenance and management. Paying $2,700+ a month to live here is simply not worth it. Look elsewhere.

  Ever since I have moved In my neighbors and the community director Mercedes have made it a nightmare to live at this complex. I’ve been harassed and threatened with eviction for things as little as fallen leaves in the FALL and for “stealing” a ramp I have no use for. Mercedes has made me so uncomfortable and upset with being at home I now have resorted to staying out all day and still get noise complaints somehow. I have not been able to enjoy my peace and quiet with in the walls of my apartment because I’m constantly being harassed which is in breach of my lease. I am being discriminated against my age and race at this point because my close neighbors have much bigger problems or concerns for the management to address but not one of them has received a 3 day eviction notice but me. Mercedes has been very dismissive about any of my complaints and instead brings up other new complaints to quiet me but they hold no merit.
