  Gloria is hard working, and completes the jobs in my apt with excellence. She's friendly and listens to the issue carefully . Work orders are completed basically that very day. And she's never left any kind of a mess behind. Im so happy she's in charge of maintance of this very large senior bldg. Sincerely Debbie W. & my ESP my fur babies We're very safe and happy here. HOME SWEET HOME 🏡

  Plans are misleading. I'm in a 2 bedroom with no room for a kitchen table. There's a retaining wall on some apts. Elevator goes out often, no rec room. Weekends lobby amenities are closed. Homeless people all around. The are often let in by residents.. Also ,pictures are misleading. I also saw in a review, that there are bed bugs. I haven't experienced those. However, we have cockroaches. Also I don't know where they got the picture of the large swimming pool? It's not here. You have to pay for bbq, and pool table. That's all they have as amenities.
