  I’m a current resident of Tower 24 Ponto Beach and loving it!! Our family of 4 has been here for the past 3 months and still get impressed everyday by the beautiful style and design of our townhome. It’s luxury living right across from the beach 😊 Top notch amenities like pickleball, kids playground, hammock garden, community BBQ and dog park. Besides the amazing appliances and beautiful style of the interior, the community of neighbors is why we really enjoy it. Friendly people that you can chat for hours outside, all enjoying the beach lifestyle together. It’s a 2 minute short drive to Encinitas on the 101 if you feel like some good healthy food and right off the highway for convenience. Can’t say enough and really love it! Another huge plus is the entire staff, Jorge the community manager is exceptional at making you feel like you’re at home and he's there for anything you need!! More than stellar service all around 🙏🙏 We really had a smooth move in experience because of Dannika, Kerianne and Jessica 🙌 If your looking for a place with good vibes and close to the beach, come and check out a home and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

  We absolutely LOVE our new townhome and perfect view of the ocean! Jorge has gone above and beyond to help us with all of our needs, he is the best. Thanks again Jorge and team for making our move in process so easy!
