I reside in Oceanside, CA in a 55+ community. If you are an HOA seeking a new management company I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST Prescott.
Our HOA engaged the services of Prescott in Carlsbad, CA a few months ago. Our Prescott management team is Bobbie Happ (Mgr) and Eric Munoz (asst Mgr). My interactions with them have been poor.
All homeowner communications are completed via the Town Sq app which results in significant delays (2+ months on average) for answers when a request is made. The app is not user friendly. Town Sq is impersonal, ineffectual and answers are vague and elusive.

I always have a good experience when I contact Arianna Rodriguez at Prescott. She always returns my calls and if it’s important she will text me back with an update on my issue. I recently had to do a clubhouse reservation under time constraints and she made sure I was able to get it done on time. Sometimes dealing with HOAs feels frustrating and you’re communicating into a black hole. But I don’t feel this way when I contact Arianna because I know she is responsive and helpful.

This company cannot respond to emails, calls and messages and when you call the corporate office, you are routed to an international call center.
They are ineffective at troubleshooting issues, closing the loop on architectural requests, logging maintenance issues… things lag on for month after month after month. It’s impacting homeowners finances and taxes and it’s wholly unacceptable. What an absolute racket.
Edit for Humor: Prescott responds to their negative google reviews faster than brown water coming out of your faucets or your architectural request that has significant financial and tax implications. Can't make this up.
