  Kara is an excellent realtor and person! We were selling our multigenerational family home. There were many steps in the process. Kara guided us through the process with weekly checklists and updates and took time to review documents with us. She is conscientious, follows through promptly on all communication, creative and caring. She is also a positive person who looks for the best even in difficult situations. Our house sale went smoothly too w Kara's excellent negotiation skills. We highly recommend Kara for either buying or selling your home.

  Beyond happy and exceeded all my expectations working with Kara through a very complicated contingent buy/ sell transaction. She was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and genuinely looking out for my best interest. She did everything in her power to make this transaction work, as difficult as It was at times, and get me into my dream house. My experience with other agents is they are usually pushing you in one direction, but Kara always made me feel good about my decision, talked through all my options, and never once pressured me into one way or another. She was extremely organized and on top of everything. I appreciated how proactive she was with negotiating for things that were important to me as well as things I didn't even think of. She went above and beyond of what was needed and continues to make sure everything is good even after closing. I am grateful to have worked with her through this and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

  Kara was great in every way. She was patient in showing us many homes, as we defined what we wanted in a second home. Because we live out of state, she had to work extra hard. She kept us in the loop of many properties as soon as they were on the market. When we finally made an offer, we were the first offer received. We ultimately made an offer on a property when we were out of the country, and we trusted Kara so much that we went with her recommendation sight unseen (she was right that this was the right property for us!). She eased the escrow process by keeping us in the loop of each step, suggesting repairs and getting estimates as needed, communicating easily with the other realtor, etc. she has a warm bubbly personality, and also knows when to get tough. We couldn’t be more satisfied with all of her service, and we highly recommend her!
