  As a first-time homebuyer, I was incredibly nervous about navigating the San Diego market, but working with Kara was the best decision I could have made. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she wasn't just trying to close a deal, she truly wanted to find the right home for me. Kara’s 'weekly checklists' were a total lifesaver. They kept me organized and took the guesswork out of what could have been a very overwhelming process. She is patient, highly responsive, and has an incredible eye for detail. When it came time to negotiate, she was a powerhouse; she may be kind and professional, but she is definitely 'tough' when it counts to get her clients the best possible result. If you’re looking for someone who brings local expertise, integrity, and a personal touch (and someone who clearly loves what they do!), I cannot recommend Kara enough. She made what I thought would be a stressful experience actually enjoyable.

  Being a first time home buyer is stressful. Being a first time home buyer in San Diego is a level of stress I cannot quantify. The only thing that kept me sane was working with Kara. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does but she is incredibly kind and patient. She was always available to answer my questions and talk me through each stage of the process. I cannot recommend her enough.

  After interviewing several agents based on personal recommendations, their online reviews and the quality of the digital marketing of their listings, we selected Kara to list our $3m Carlsbad home. We definitely made the right decision! Kara is proactive and a great communicator (and negotiator!). She helped us prioritize items to get our home ready for market and engaged a great team (stager, photographer/videographer, and more) that really helped our home shine. She personally held open houses, attended all showings, and followed up and provided us with feedback and suggestions. Once we were in escrow Kara worked tirelessly to move things along despite challenges encountered along the way. We have worked with several other highly-rated realtors over the years, but Kara is the best!

  I can't tell you how pleased I am with the job Kara did in selling my home. She gave me great advice on what I needed to do to prepare the house, and even provided some of her own items to help with the staging. The results of her marketing efforts we're unbelievable! After only three fully booked days of showings, we had eight offers, all above the listing price. I ended up selling for 32K over. Kara remained involved through the escrow process, and we closed in 30 days without a hitch. Kara is not only a great agent, but a great person, and I will always cherish her as a great friend!

  If I could give Kara more than 5 stars I would!! :) She was there every step of the way, handling all seller communication and ensuring no stones were left unturned. She provided answers to questions I didn't even know I should be asking. Her honesty, guidance, and research made me feel at ease during the entire process. She truly went the extra mile to make my buying experience incredibly positive and seamless. Thanks again for everything, Kara!!
