  Thor is awesome! He helped us to buy our home in Fallbrook CA, and to sell it 17 years later. He is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He answered my many text/ email questions promptly and explained every step of the selling process clearly. He researched the comps in our area and priced our home appropriately, leading to 22 showings in just a few days time, and a quick and good sale! I highly recommend Thor!

  Can't say enough good things about our experience with Thor Sorenson as our listing agent for the sale of our Carlsbad home. Right from the beginning Thor listened to what was unique about our home and worked to incorporate all that would make our home stand out to buyers. Thor was great at analyzing market value and helping us get top dollar for our house. He was willing to do all the marketing work and make time for open houses until we had a solid offer. Once we entered escrow Thor was a wealth of information and practical perspective for navigating all the challenges of the inspection and RR process. Thor's network of trusted professionals were generously shared with us to facilitate every step of the sale process.   Working with Thor was an amazing experience. I’m a first time homebuyer and knew very little about real estate. He was great about explaining the process step by step, answering my endless questions, and supporting me at every turn.   This review is way long over due for an exceptional job well done by Thor and his team! After doing our research and interviewing agents that can help us sell our home under our terms, we have no regrets in selecting Thor to handle our sale. We let him know we wanted a quick sale since the market was definitely shifting, but we also didn't want to give in on just any offer from buyers. After one weekend of Open House, we were able to get an offer and Thor and his team was available and ready for every counter, and most importantly, they listened to us and very responsive! We could not have asked for a better closing - Thor worked well with the listing agent and escrow as well, to ensure we had a seamless transaction. Shoutout also to Mica at California Preferred Escrow for taking care of the settlement for us! Everyone hit a home run in this, and would continue to recommend them for real estate services. If you are looking for an agent who is not pushy, who is responsive and truly represents to serve the client - it's Thor Sorensen. Awesome guy!
