  Thor was an incredible realtor to work with. As first time home buyers he guided us through the process and answered all of our questions.   Thor Sorensen was a professional and fantastic realtor. My husband and I moved from NC and as you can imagine it was a big move, a big change, and stressful. Thor made the home buying process as smooth as it could go! He answered all our questions in a very timely manner, he took us to many homes until we found the perfect one for us. He negotiated with professionalism and was very helpful when it was a bidding situation. We could not have asked for a better realtor with all the local knowledge and skills!   Thor is awesome! He helped us to buy our home in Fallbrook CA, and to sell it 17 years later. He is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He answered my many text/ email questions promptly and explained every step of the selling process clearly. He researched the comps in our area and priced our home appropriately, leading to 22 showings in just a few days time, and a quick and good sale! I highly recommend Thor!
