As Treasurer of our HOA I appreciate the accuracy of all financial records and prompt payments for outstanding invoices. They have a top notch team that addresses our HOA issues quickly. i would recommend them to any HOA for management oversight.
- RPRobbin PabstAug 18, 20201.0I have been fighting with Earl for a couple of months regarding a landscape proposal. According to him we are violating "policy" when we don't have enough plants when we are trying to install artificial turf. They are inconsistent in their having homeowners go by these "policies" where one yard will have almost no plants but our proposal is denied. Now I'm quoting a Civil Code section that I think proves he can't deny our proposal but he probably will! It's feels like a pissing contest and I don't understand why he's fighting us. I really wish we could fire the management company. I've heard from others that they think Earl has been there too long and needs to retire. I agree! (BTW, when we had a proposal for re-painting house, he said we needed to list the 2nd trim color for it to be approved. We only have one trim color. He also told us we have to paint our fence -- CC&Rs says it can be natural wood.)
