  Thor Sorensen was a professional and fantastic realtor. My husband and I moved from NC and as you can imagine it was a big move, a big change, and stressful. Thor made the home buying process as smooth as it could go! He answered all our questions in a very timely manner, he took us to many homes until we found the perfect one for us.   Thor is awesome! He helped us to buy our home in Fallbrook CA, and to sell it 17 years later. He is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He answered my many text/ email questions promptly and explained every step of the selling process clearly. He researched the comps in our area and priced our home appropriately, leading to 22 showings in just a few days time, and a quick and good sale! I highly recommend Thor!

  Can't say enough good things about our experience with Thor Sorenson as our listing agent for the sale of our Carlsbad home.
