  Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work with other HOA management companies, and that experience has given me a clearer perspective on the quality of service we receive from Earl and his team. In comparison, it is evident that Earl and his team are doing an excellent job for our community. I would like to publicly thank them for their dedication and the high level of service they provide.

  Have been asking for meeting minutes for my community for months now- no response. This should be a shared document in 2024 with clear transparency. This is not difficult to do! Do BETTER!

  They are hands off, they lie, they make decisions without owners input, they don’t listen to owners input. If you are a small self ran HOA community looking to hand your management needs off to a third party, I wouldn’t even inquire with this company.

  Worst people to work with ever!!! If there was an option for negative stars they would receive an infinite amount. Total lack of communication with the board and severely in need of some serious manners. They treat the homeowners like cattle and refuse any resolution not in their own favor. The management need to thoroughly read what laws they are trying to enforce along with any relative Federal laws, as they try to threaten homeowners without knowing the full extent of the homeowners rights. Bad business and terrible practice work with them if you appreciate insults and rudeness.
