Roaches, no hot water, management office has no sense of urgency or empathy, had BLACK MOLD in my A/C unit and in the carpet of the apartment that made me sick for MONTHS. False advertisement online. Not a gated community because the get never works. Everything is outdated. It was not cleaned when we moved in. Took my entire deposit and is still saying I owe more... this is absolute hell on earth. DO NOT MOVE HERE. More "affordable" rent is not worth it.

They seem to work with me anytime I've had an issue. Jessica is Awesome. Place is very nice. It's quiet. No Graffiti or gangs as another tenant mentioned. Seems like a good place to raise kids. 2 dog parks and many dogs here. A+ so far.

Since new management came in the laundry room is a disaster broken windows and dirty all the time! They charge guest parking which is ridiculous! We can't have barbecues in patios anymore and to top it off there's roaches since I got here!! Horrible
