- ARAlyssa RayneSep 16, 20251.0HORRIBLE COMPLEX!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Roaches, no hot water, management office has no sense of urgency or empathy, had BLACK MOLD in my A/C unit and in the carpet of the apartment that made me sick for MONTHS. False advertisement online. Not a gated community because the get never works. Everything is outdated. It was not cleaned when we moved in. Took my entire deposit and is still saying I owe more... this is absolute hell on earth. DO NOT MOVE HERE. More "affordable" rent is not worth it.
- BGBrooke GreasbyMar 21, 20252.0Lived there for a year and wasn't (2021-2022) to bad, but a couple of points. Biggest grip was that we had a very outdated AC unit that didn't work well. Just so happened to be a record breaking summer in SoCal, when we told maintenance that it wasn't working they looked at it and told us that it was supposed to be replaced with a newer model before we moved in. We contacted the office for weeks but they never did anything to resolve the issue. After the first year of living there they raised my rent by $400, so be prepared to move if its not in your budget. If you have a balcony that faces the offices they will not let you keep anything on it that. We put a plant on our and within a day we got a letter telling us to remove it or we will be fined. But if you have a balcony that faces the roads and is kind of hidden you can out as much trash as you want on it. The roaches were pretty bad too.

Recently they have asked to which parking spaces to all of us. The problem it’s not that, the real frustration is that they have move us far away from our apartments. The notice that was provided from them stated that it WOULD NOT be any acceptions requested. They have not stop and think about how they don’t provide ramps for ppl with disabilities. ! They demand for change but have no solutions for the real problems! I had to request a form for parking accommodations but it was quite obvious that they didn’t have no type of urgency. The lack of misleading signage. The lack of poor maintenance. It’s RIDICULOUS! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT !We been loyal to this APARTMENT complex for about 10 years! We need the Owner to listen to his renters !!! Their priorities are to move parkings spots but to keep renters floor looking like this for months now !! We have submitted a claims for this type of maintenance and nothing has been done!
