  Esti was fantastic to work with, she not only negotiated us the best deal on our dream home, but she also made sure we got a discount for outdated water heater, electrical panel and lack-of insulation in attic. She kept the line of communication open with the seller’s agent the whole time, and was always available. She came all the way to Irvine numerous times to work on our home purchase. We definitely recommend her and will use her again if purchasing more properties!
