  They dont fix anything in a timely manner and they dont even start to fix things unless you report them to the city officials and the city then forces them to comply with an order to fix the unit/building !!! The whole building reeks of marijuanna as soon as you step in the front glass door which they try to cover up with sprays ! Our children have asthma and severe disabilities and this has caused health issues/concerns on top of emotional stress. As far as management Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails and we have to leave voice mails with AI and hope that AI sends the message to the people in charge. This is such a bad place for the price and treatment of human beings. Water heater leaking , no hot water , ceiling opening up in child’s bedroom , exposure to black mold in the ceiling after not being fixed in a timely manner. I can go on and on but you get the picture ! I myself am disabled and we need safer housing. It shouldn’t be ok in Los Angeles California for this to happen to a family who is disabled. Or any place in the USA.

  This property management company is extremely unprofessional and negligent. The apartments have constant leaks, plumbing issues, and are infested with roaches. They never replace carpets as they should, leaving units in poor and unsanitary condition. To make matters worse, once you move out, they add fraudulent charges to your account in an attempt to collect money you don’t owe. I would not recommend renting from them to anyone. I hired movers, everything was clean, and I was left with charges amounting close to $4000. 0 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND

  I scheduled a tour at 4:30, and received a text confirmation. I drove 30 minutes to the property to get stood up and completely ghosted. I tried calling the leasing agent number they provided and it was an ai virtual assistant. This has never happened before in my life. I highly recommend that anyone thinking about leasing with this building avoids this property. Extremely unprofessional and what made it worse was a tenant let me in and told me the manager is never in the leasing office. And several other tenants I spoke to stated the same and that living there is a nightmare. I genuinely hope this apartment loses all its business, horrible people.

  Nike is a exceptional landlord. The community gets cleaned at least once a week, you’re met with prompt response times, and the community all works together. If i had complaints it would be that there is a neighboring community that doesn’t respect privacy all too well but that isn’t a concern. Your neighborhood looks out for you. If you want a place to quietly rest your head look no further.
