  They dont fix anything in a timely manner and they dont even start to fix things unless you report them to the city officials and the city then forces them to comply with an order to fix the unit/building !!! The whole building reeks of marijuanna as soon as you step in the front glass door which they try to cover up with sprays ! Our children have asthma and severe disabilities and this has caused health issues/concerns on top of emotional stress. As far as management Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails and we have to leave voice mails with AI and hope that AI sends the message to the people in charge. This is such a bad place for the price and treatment of human beings. Water heater leaking , no hot water , ceiling opening up in child’s bedroom , exposure to black mold in the ceiling after not being fixed in a timely manner. I can go on and on but you get the picture ! I myself am disabled and we need safer housing. It shouldn’t be ok in Los Angeles California for this to happen to a family who is disabled. Or any place in the USA.

  This property management company is extremely unprofessional and negligent. The apartments have constant leaks, plumbing issues, and are infested with roaches. They never replace carpets as they should, leaving units in poor and unsanitary condition. To make matters worse, once you move out, they add fraudulent charges to your account in an attempt to collect money you don’t owe. I would not recommend renting from them to anyone. I hired movers, everything was clean, and I was left with charges amounting close to $4000. 0 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND

  This place is horrible when it comes to wanting to view a unit. I made an appointment at 1 pm and even recieved a confirmation email of the viewing time and when I went, the office was closed. I called the number listed and at 1st someone stated they were just an answering service then when I called again, no one picked up and stated the mailbox is full. What a waste of time and especially the unprofessionalism of this joke of a place. They want to fill the vacant units and yet they are not available to show when they confirm an appointment. Look elsewhere. I can only imagine how this place is if you are living here and there's a maintenance issue.
