From the very beginning, the team was incredibly helpful, treating us with dignity, respect, and the utmost professionalism. A special shout-out to Sandrita, who was absolutely amazing throughout our entire moving process. She was on top of everything and made sure everything went smoothly. Her dedication and care truly made us feel welcome and valued. We love our new home, it’s comfortable and it feels like a perfect fit. We are excited to be part of this community and hope to stay here for a long time.
- LLLord_LegolasAug 22, 20251.0Where to begin... Where to begin. Generally this place SEEM's okay. UNTIL you finally try to settle down. My current issue is with the In Wall AC Unit. We have vaulted ceilings and that 20 year old unit probably wasn't ever able to cool down the entire place. Since about April we've been having issues with the AC... Just this afternoon it stopped working as an AC unit but works as a fan... I've been told that "They have not ordered one." I will definitely edit this... But which way I go depends upon a proper AC Unit that will cool this place!

- NGNeac GreenJun 1, 20221.0I am a current resident and this is by FAR THE WORST property I have ever lived at. I would break the lease but then they would get extra money. Also they have had vehicles stolen from right outside the building and mail theft as well. The residents are being charged crazy amounts of money for water because the owner is to cheap to get new pipes through out the apartment building and there’s always water leaks. The office has YET TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE CHARGES so be prepared to pay a extra 300-500$ more then what ur rental agreement says. The office never gets back to you when they actually say they will and never respond to emails. They shut the water off without notice and the office is closed at random times throughout the day even tho it’s supposed to be open. They didn’t clean the apartment like they should’ve clogged drains from previous tenants and the ac has black mold already on it when we moved in. The fan above the stove stopped working 3 weeks After we moved in. Save ur money and go somewhere else.
