  From day one, everyone was incredibly kind. They guided me through the entire process, and applying was easy. Whenever I didn’t understand something, they were always available—attentive on the phone and making everything smooth. When I moved in, they were very kind. The apartment was clean and ready. After I moved in, they followed up to make sure I was doing well. I was welcomed with a beautiful gift basket, not just for me but also for my pet. Yesenia and Jennifer were incredible—they made sure my pet and my whole family felt welcome.

  Huge parking issues, the residents have to park on the other side of Bascom causing nuisance to other residents living across on Ridgeley drive. The city needs to pay attention to this.

  I’m a resident in Building A where Juan Romero works as a technician. He’s always very polite and professional whenever he comes by. Juan provides excellent customer service and is always respectful and pleasant to talk to. It’s great having someone like him working in the building.
