  So far, every staff member I have encountered has been incredibly friendly and conscientious. A few months ago, when we toured the La Valencia apartments and planned to move in during March, Roland—a member of the leasing office staff—helped place our names on the waitlist. Last month, when we discovered a suitable unit had become available and reached out to him, he not only responded promptly but also assisted us in completing all the necessary paperwork the very next day. Rodriguez is also a very kind and gentlemanly individual; we submitted a maintenance request late at night, and he arrived first thing the following morning to help me replace a malfunctioning door lock. The neighbors here are all quiet and have adorable pets. All in all, my living experience here has been very pleasant so far.

  Ulises was very helpful on resolving a leak in my bathroom him and Shannon had great communication and resolved the issue fast. I would definitely recommend living here.

  If you don't mind high costs and rising rent then it is a great place to live. It is situated in a great location which was the main draw for us as it would be close to my fiancées' job as a teacher and the park in front would be nice for relaxion. The issue starts with the utilities which all except for electricity go through them and even though it's supposed to be consumption-based we were paying close to $200 on water alone and it was just the two of us. One parking is provided and if you want to find additional parking it is really hard as it is always crowded. But what made us decide to leave was the new lease "offer" that was made after our year was approaching and it was an increase in our rent that was non-negotiable. Apparently this increase was done every year and it was inherent in every new yearly contract. During our moving out process there were fees that seemed excessive and the total refund amount for the deposit was not the initial amount that was told. The complex itself is nice, the pool and gym are well kept and maintenance is pretty efficient. One great point to mention from our experience was the financing officer Omar. He was friendly, kind, always attentive and really tried his best to help us. It is a nice place to live but only if you are not concerned about high costs.

  I have lived at La Valencia for awhile and the location is the best. Easy access to Hwy 17 & 85. Close to downtown Campbell. It is an easy walk to enjoy the Sunday Farmers market! John D Morgan is a great place to take your dog for a walk as La Valencia is pet friendly. The grounds at La Valencia are always well maintained. The manager, Shannon, and Yuli, the maintenance guy, have been great to work with. I appreciate how quickly they have taken care of any issues!
