I’m a resident in Building A where Juan Romero works as a technician. He’s always very polite and professional whenever he comes by. Juan provides excellent customer service and is always respectful and pleasant to talk to. It’s great having someone like him working in the building.

I had a great experience living at this complex thanks to Juan. He was always walking the grounds, keeping everything clean and well maintained. Juan truly cares about the property and community. You could really feel his absence when he went on vacation.

I’ve lived here for a while and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are constant issues that never seem to get addressed. The biggest problem is the dog poop it’s everywhere. People don’t clean up after their pets, and it’s not uncommon to step in it just walking around the complex or even in the parking lot. The smell is terrible and it makes the whole environment feel neglected. There are cameras around, but they seem pointless since nothing ever improves. Trash is often scattered around the property, likely due to the homeless issue, and the fact that this is not a gated community doesn’t help. To make things worse, some cars have been broken into, which raises serious concerns about security. If you’re considering moving here, I’d strongly advise you to think carefully. The location might be convenient, but the ongoing problems with cleanliness, safety, and lack of enforcement from management make it not worth it. I’m definitely moving out.

Living here for almost 4 months now and have so much regrets. First theres cockroaches often, there's always dog droppings from people not picking up after them. Lastly a lot of marijuana smokers and cigarettes smokers left and right theres no escaping it. Laundry room always breaks down often. Definitely not kid friendly if you have little ones in your family smelling all the smoke so sad.
