  I have lived at La Valencia for awhile and the location is the best. Easy access to Hwy 17 & 85. Close to downtown Campbell. It is an easy walk to enjoy the Sunday Farmers market! John D Morgan is a great place to take your dog for a walk as La Valencia is pet friendly. The grounds at La Valencia are always well maintained. The manager, Shannon, and Yuli, the maintenance guy, have been great to work with. I appreciate how quickly they have taken care of any issues!

  I had a reservation at 2 PM, but when I arrived the office door was locked. We had to wait outside in the cold for several minutes, and when someone finally came, he made strange faces at us like he was mocking us. Very unprofessional. We asked to see a 1+1 unit, but he showed us an apartment that was already rented to someone else, and even told us to enter the home with our shoes on—which felt extremely inappropriate. They also spray the trees in the community, but there were no warning signs anywhere. This is something pet owners should be aware of for the safety of their animals. They advertise “specials,” but apparently you must apply right at that moment or it won’t count. The employee only told us this at the very end, almost like a joke, saying the special wouldn’t apply if we walked out of the office. Overall, I would not recommend leasing here because of the way the office is run. Very disappointing experience.

  The community at La Valencia is extremely welcoming and friendly. As a pet owner I appreciate a clean/safe environment to live in. The maintenance staff is helpful and quick to solve any problems one may have. The management staff has been fantastic to deal with, in particular Sabrina Medina. Much of the reason I chose to move back to these apartments after being away from the area was knowing she was in charge. The transition back t the community has been warm and seamless, much to her credit.
