    El peor lugar para vivir en San José. Administración displicente no resuelven los problemas de daños. Los apartamentos son feos, sucios y oscuros. Los encargados de mantenimiento son unos totales ineptos, vivir allí es una tortura. Para nada recomendable y para completar, la administradora es alguien que te discrimina por tu origen racial. Mucho cuidado que van a tener problemas.

    Worst experience ever! This building is so old its sound proof is horrible. You could hear everything outside your apartment. Eve n the slightest sound of cars passing. There are const noises from the street day and night. The water coming from the pipes is rusty and yellow. Management does nothing to solve the problems of the tenants. You could never reach the leasing office on phone because they never pick up and let you go to voice mail. They also ignore your emails.

    Outdated apartment where we do not get hot water in the kitchen. When we complained, they said it would require extensive work where we would need to manage weeks of our accommodation outside when we are already renting here. And they charge $50-$100 every month for hot water in addition to the water and sewer charges. The staff that work here are great but the management seems to be the problem.

    Scam. They lie about pricing. They confirmed the price and then upped it by $700 a month.

    I walked in to the property and asked about a two bedroom apartment.However the young lady that was there named Alma explained to me that they would be available in a few weeks but she was so nice she even ask me if I had couple of minutes so she can show me around the property and a two bedroom apartment model unit.she was so helpful and friendly have to say great customer service very professional young lady.
